Richard and George have recently renovated my bathroom from scratch and have made an extremly good job of it. From the very first contact i made with Richard he was punctual, helpful and friendly he gave us some very useful advise about making the best use of space in my limited size bathroom and he and george have completed the work to a high standard. I am delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending thier services. A more conscientious and unintrusive plumber than Richard you will never find. Always on schedule, he fitted a complete new bathroom bang on time and the workmanship was excellent and couldn't be faulted. He also tidied up and left no mess, taking it all away each day. I must also mention his young 'apprentice' Ryan - Richard's son, who worked brilliantly with his Dad. I would highly recommend Bates Plumbers to anyone. Len Smith 23-7-2008
